Berry Dash Ultimate is an Fan-made game of Berry Dash created by BoNoise, this unoficial game was made in the GDevelop Game Engine.
History
[edit]Berry Dash Ultimate has a long and somewhat chaotic development history, shaped by multiple failed projects, remakes, and experimentation. Before reaching its current form, the game went through several earlier iterations under different names. An early version of the project was called Food N' Dash, which was essentially an exact copy of the original Berry Dash. At that stage, the game did not have its own identity and mainly served as an experimental project. This version was ultimately lost after the developer factory-reset their computer, resulting in the permanent loss of all projects, including Food N' Dash. Several months later, development resumed with a new project titled Berry Dash Open. The original goal of this version was to create a port of the game for the R36S console. However, the port was never completed and the project was eventually abandoned. Despite this, Berry Dash Open evolved into another remake of Berry Dash rather than a true port. During its development, the project was temporarily known as Berry Dash Remake.
Eventually, the game was officially renamed to Berry Dash Ultimate, following a suggestion by Lncvrt. This name marked the transition of the project from a simple remake into a more ambitious fan-made expansion of the Berry Dash concept. Berry Dash Ultimate was developed using the GDevelop game engine, a visual game engine that internally relies on JavaScript. The engine allowed the developer to focus on gameplay and content creation without requiring traditional programming experience. Over the course of its updates, Berry Dash Ultimate gradually improved in areas such as physics, gameplay mechanics, and overall polish. One of the defining features of the game became its boss fights. Originally, a full adventure-style platformer mode was planned, but the idea was later scrapped. Instead, the game introduced a dedicated boss section, which became a core characteristic of Berry Dash Ultimate.
The bosses in Berry Dash Ultimate are largely based on internal jokes, references, or random ideas conceived during development, contributing to the game’s chaotic and humorous tone.
Another major defining element of Berry Dash Ultimate is its soundtrack. Much of the music was composed by the developer using FL Studio Mobile, with additional tracks created in BandLab. The soundtrack plays a significant role in establishing the game’s identity and atmosphere.

Poison Berry
[edit]Restarts score and player.
Shadow Berry
[edit]+10 or +5 or -5 or -10 score.
Glitched Berry
[edit]+3 score, makes the player "glitched" for 5 seconds. (The glitched effect is only visual)
Low Gravity Berry (nojumpberry)
[edit]+3 score, makes the player maximum fall speed 80% slower (500 px/s to 100 px/s)
Minus Berry
[edit]-5 score, in older versions was -15 score
Caffeine Berry
[edit]+5 score, makes the player velocity %100 faster for 5 seconds (500 px/s to 1000 px/s) while Caffeine Rush by bosked is playing in the background.
Good Berry
[edit]+10 score
Chrome Berry
[edit]+5 score, makes the player velocity 50% slower for 5 seconds. (500 px/s to 250 px/s)
Lime Berry
[edit]+7 score, makes the player width 130% bigger for 7 seconds. (1 to 2.3)
Purple Berry
[edit]+5 score, makes the player go left or right in a speed of 100 px/s.

Lunchvrt
[edit]Lunchvrt is the third boss, he's a duck, like the player but a duck. The sprite was gonna be used in Boss 2 (The Painter) but recycled to Boss 3. The name "Lunchvrt" is a clear reference to Lncvrt but with the word lunch in it. His attacks are when colliding with the player (-1 hp), it's like King Carlos but faster.
